I. Rules for Reward Distribution
Builder referral rewards require both the Inviter and the Invited Friend to simultaneously meet the corresponding conditions. None of them can be missing.

II. FAQ
Q: I've completed all the tasks. Why hasn't the reward arrived yet?
Builder reward distribution is not performed in real time. It must go through a review and settlement cycle:
Content Review: After submission, the Builder platform needs to review the content
Risk Control Review: Risk control checks are performed on both the Inviter's and the Invited Friend's accounts
Reward Settlement: Once all conditions are met, the system performs unified settlement
Please wait patiently for the system review to complete. If the status remains unchanged beyond the settlement cycle publicly announced on the campaign rules page, you may consult via the ticket channel.
Q: What are the common reasons for a post failing review?
A post may fail review for the following common reasons:
Content does not meet the task requirements
Missing key information specified by the campaign
The article is suspected of plagiarism, content scraping, or low-quality content
The publishing platform or format of the article does not comply with the task rules
The article contains non-compliant promotion or improper guidance content
Q: The friend I invited is an existing platform user. Can it count as a valid new user acquisition?
The core goal of the Builder Program is to bring new users to the platform. Therefore:
Only newly registered users that meet the definition in the campaign rules can be counted as valid new user acquisitions
The specific criteria for determining "new users" are subject to the description on the campaign rules page
We recommend confirming your friend's account status before inviting them, to improve the reward approval rate.
Q: My friend has registered via my link, but they don't appear in the "Valid Friends" list. What should I do?
If your friend has registered but does not appear in the "Valid Friends" list, this is usually because the invitation relationship was not successfully bound, which may be caused by the following reasons:
Your friend did not complete registration through your exclusive Builder invitation link
Your friend was interrupted during registration, for example by jumping to a page to download the App
Your friend had previously downloaded the App and registered through another channel
The invitation link was incomplete when shared
Suggestion: When inviting friends, please ensure they complete the full registration process using your exclusive Builder invitation link.
Q: Why does my Invited Friend show as "Invalid"?
An Invited Friend showing "Invalid" status is usually caused by one of the following two reasons:
Case 1: Failed Risk Control Check
Throughout the entire period from campaign registration to reward unlocking, the OKX platform performs continuous risk control reviews on participating users. If the Invited Friend fails the risk control check during this period, the invitation will be deemed invalid, and the corresponding invitation reward will not be distributed.
Case 2: Invitation Quality Does Not Meet the Reward Eligibility Standard
The original intent of the Builder Program is to bring in, through high-quality Builders, new users who genuinely have long-term interest in the platform's products and services, and to jointly build a healthy community ecosystem. Therefore, the platform conducts a comprehensive assessment of the Invited Friend's participation quality, to ensure that rewards truly incentivize high-quality Builders.
Invitation Quality Assessment Dimensions
The platform comprehensively evaluates the Invited Friend's participation quality based on multiple dimensions, including but not limited to the following:

Behavioral Authenticity | Whether account operations match the behavioral characteristics of a real user |
Asset and Trading Performance | The account's asset retention and the reasonableness of its trading behavior |
Q: Some of my Invited Friends confirmed while others became invalid. How is the reward distributed?
Rewards are distributed based on the actual number of valid friends meeting the conditions:
Confirmed friends: counted toward the reward normally
Invalid friends: not counted toward the reward
The final reward amount is subject to the system's settlement
Q: I received a reward notification but cannot claim it. What's the reason?
If you have received a reward notification but are unable to successfully claim it, this is usually because the Inviter's own account is in an abnormal risk control status.
Solution: Submit an Appeal
If you believe the account risk control determination is in dispute, you can submit an appeal through the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the OKX Help Center ticket page. Click here to submit an appeal ticket
Step 2: In the ticket type, select "Campaign Reward Claim"
Step 3: Fill in the relevant information and submit
Review Result: The platform will review your appeal. If the appeal is approved, the account restrictions will be lifted and the reward can be claimed normally.
