CNBC：尽管监管存在不确定性，预测市场平台仍持续扩张与融资
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 22 日，据 CNBC 报道，尽管美国联邦政府与多个州政府围绕预测市场监管权归属持续争议，Kalshi、Polymarket、Robinhood、Coinbase 等预测市场相关平台仍在持续加码业务投入。报道称，目前已有 17 个州对预测市场平台提出挑战，其中部分州认为体育赛事合约本质属于博彩，应由州级监管机构管理；而美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）则主张事件合约属于衍生品范畴，应由联邦监管。
与此同时，美国国会也开始介入。众议院监督与政府改革委员会主席 James Comer 已要求 Kalshi 与 Polymarket 提交有关内幕交易防范机制的文件。尽管监管环境存在不确定性，相关平台估值仍持续攀升。Kalshi 最新融资后估值已达 220 亿美元，较去年 12 月的 110 亿美元翻倍；Polymarket 估值则据悉升至 150 亿美元。
Flutter Entertainment、DraftKings 与 Robinhood 等公司高管均表示，仍将继续投资预测市场业务，并认为相关监管争议将在未来几年持续演变。
