ChainCatcher 消息，a16z crypto 普通合伙人 Guy Wuollet 撰文指出，金融行业正在经历类似云计算时代的“数字化迁移”，而区块链正成为推动这一转型的核心基础设施。华尔街采用区块链并非出于“去中心化”理念，而是出于对交易对手风险、结算效率及公平排序机制的现实需求。
所谓“数字资产”，本质上是金融系统底层架构向链上迁移的过程，类似于企业 IT 系统从本地部署向云服务的转变。当金融资产运行在可编程的共享基础设施之上时，将带来“可组合性”这一核心优势，使资产能够像软件一样自由组合与扩展，从而显著降低开发成本并提升金融系统的整体创新效率，这一趋势将推动传统金融从“封闭对账体系”走向“链上协调网络”，而区块链技术也将在这一过程中逐步成为金融基础设施层的标准组件。
