美参议员推动 Clarity 法案进入审议流程，稳定币收益条款或将明晰
ChainCatcher 消息，加密记者 Eleanor Terrett 在 X 平台发文表示，美国参议员 Thom Tillis 计划推动 Clarity 法案尽快进入参议院银行委员会的条款审议（markup）阶段，并称立法进展“已取得大量共识”，当前应进入正式推进程序。
Thom Tillis 在国会表示，将请求委员会主席在国会休会结束后安排审议会议，并预计在审议前 4 至 5 天发布有关稳定币收益（stablecoin yield）条款的立法文本，以供行业与相关方提前审阅。大多数银行业对稳定币收益相关风险的担忧已在讨论中得到回应，并鼓励仍有意见的机构“以善意参与完善立法”。此外，Thom Tillis 提到，针对软件开发者及执法适用 1960 年刑事条款的潜在影响等问题，他总体支持参议员 Cynthia Lummis 提出的立法框架方向。该表态意味着美国加密监管立法在稳定币与开发者责任界定方面正加速进入实质性推进阶段。
