Core Scientific 将以 4.21 亿美元收购比特币矿企 Polaris，扩展 Oklahoma AI 数据中心园区
ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，Core Scientific 已同意以 4.21 亿美元收购 Oklahoma 比特币矿企 Polaris DS LLC，交易预计于 2026 年第三季度完成，尚待监管批准。
此次收购将为 Core Scientific 新增 440 兆瓦合同电力，用于加速其人工智能及高密度算力业务扩张。Polaris 位于 Muskogee 的 40 英亩园区已通电并投入运营，毗邻 Core Scientific 现有设施。Core Scientific 正将原有比特币挖矿设施改造并扩建为面向人工智能和高性能计算的托管数据中心。
