Galaxy 与 BitGo 就 1 亿美元并购终止费争议展开庭审
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 22 日，据彭博社报道，Galaxy Digital 创始人、亿万富翁 Michael Novogratz与 BitGo Holdings 首席执行官 Mike Belshe 本周在法庭上就一起历时四年的并购纠纷展开对峙。BitGo 要求 Galaxy 支付至少 1 亿美元违约赔偿，起因是 Galaxy 于2021 年提出的 12 亿美元收购案——彼时为加密行业史上最大并购交易——最终因加密市场崩溃而告吹。
BitGo 指控 Galaxy 未能尽合理努力推动交易完成，并隐瞒了美国当局对其展开调查的相关细节，而这些调查可能对合并的完成产生重大影响。
