ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，根据 SpaceX 为筹备上市向美国证券交易委员会提交的 S-1 文件，该公司持有 18,712 枚比特币。文件显示，截至 12 月 31 日，这些比特币的购入成本为 6.61 亿美元，折合每枚约 35,000 美元。SpaceX 于 2021 年开始购买比特币，与特斯拉当年斥资 15 亿美元购买比特币的知名事件几乎同期。
此后，该公司已减持部分持仓，据 Arkham 报告，其持仓去年曾一度降至 6,095 枚 BTC。周三，Arkham 数据显示 SpaceX 持有约 8,280 枚 BTC。若 SpaceX 持仓超过 18,000 枚，其将成为第七大比特币持有者，排在 Coinbase 之前。按比特币当前价格计算，这些持仓价值超过 14.5 亿美元。
