美法院驳回Kalshi与Polymarket暂停内华达州及华盛顿州诉讼请求
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 22 日，据彭博社报道，美国第九巡回上诉法院裁定，Kalshi 与 Polymarket 无法阻止内华达州及华盛顿州针对预测市场平台的执法诉讼继续在州法院推进。
法院表示，Kalshi 与 Polymarket 未能证明在州法院应诉将造成「无法弥补的损害」，也未能证明其关于联邦法院具有管辖权的主张具备较高胜诉可能性，因此驳回其暂停相关州级诉讼的请求。
