参议员Warren在听证会上以Tornado Cash为例质疑反洗钱工具不足
Odaily星球日报讯 Crypto In America 记者 Eleanor Terrett 在 X 平台发文表示，Tornado Cash 成为当日听证会焦点，议员就法案是否赋予执法部门足够工具打击洗钱展开辩论。
参议员 Warren 向 Kennedy 表示："这是 Tornado 问题……你还记得 Tornado，那个混币器吗？Tornado 有什么用途？如果你是恐怖分子，就把钱放进去！"共和党议员认为 Clarity Act 提供了应对此问题的工具，而 Warren 表示该法案力度不够。其他民主党人加入她投票支持纳入该修正案。该修正案未获通过。
