ZachXBT 指控 LAB：其存在私人贷款、供应操控等多项问题
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 14 日，据链上分析师 ZachXBT（@zachxbt）发文披露，$LAB 近期市值飙升至 60 亿美元 FDV，但其背后存在严重问题：
- 代币分配不透明：$LAB 由 Vova Sadkov 与 Mark 联合创立，其前项目 Eesee（$ESE）曾遭投资者批评，CoinGecko、RootData、CMC 等平台对 LAB 代币分配数据各执一词，超过 95% 的供应量由少数方控制。
- 单方面修改条款：团队擅自将 Legion 公开销售的锁定期从 3 个月延长至 9 个月，且多位创作者反映营销合作款项拖欠数月未获回应。
- 不透明私人贷款：LAB 私下提供月利率 7.5%、期限 6 个月的贷款合同，借款方为 BVI 空壳公司 The Lab Management Ltd.，由 Vova Sadkov 以董事身份签署，违约时以 LAB 代币按"市场价"偿还。
- 链上资金异动：借款方钱包（0xf09c）与 LAB 公开回购钱包为同一地址，并与 Wildcat 平台另一借款地址（0x3185）存在链上关联，相关资金疑似流入 Vova 个人交易所账户。
ZachXBT 指出，$LAB 代表了当前市场中散户被割韭菜模式的典型案例。
