特朗普延迟披露数千万美元股票交易，再度被罚款 200 美元
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 15 日，据华盛顿邮报报道，特朗普最新提交的投资申报文件显示，其于今年 2 月分别卖出 500 万至 2500 万美元的微软及亚马逊股票，并于 3 月再度买入上述两家公司股票，但均未能在法定 45 天内完成披露，因此被处以 200 美元罚款，此为其今年内第三次因同一违规行为被罚。
值得关注的是，特朗普还于 2月 10 日买入英伟达股票，数日后英伟达即宣布与 Meta 达成多年期合作协议，股价随之上涨约 2.5%；此外，其买入微软和亚马逊股票的时间，亦早于五角大楼宣布向两家公司部署机密计算网络技术合同数月。特朗普第二任期内未出售股票组合，其资产由子女管理的信托持有，与历届总统普遍采用的盲目信托安排有所不同。目前，美国国会两党虽多次提出禁止官员在任期间交易股票的法案，但相关立法进展均陷入停滞。
