Coinbase CLO 称 Clarity Act 今夏有望通过，呼吁银行业接受稳定币妥协方案
ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 表示，其 “非常有信心” 稳定币立法《Clarity Act》将在今夏前通过，并公开力挺由参议员 Thom Tillis 与 Angela Alsobrooks 提出的妥协版本。
该方案保留与平台实际使用挂钩的活动型收益（activity-based rewards），限制被银行视为存款流失风险的余额型 “闲置收益”（idle yield）。Grewal 称银行多次会面中未能提供存款外流风险的实质证据，并警告若否决该妥协，银行将面临更为宽松、允许任何非发行方发放任意奖励的《GENIUS Act》框架。Grewal 预计《Clarity Act》最迟今夏通过。
