CoinList 推出链上资本市场基础设施 Passage
ChainCatcher 消息，CoinList 宣布推出 Passage，定位为链上资本市场的“接入层（access layer）”，旨在为代币化资产提供合规分发、资金接入、分配与基础设施支持。
CoinList 表示，随着代币化股票、基金、收益产品及 Pre-IPO 资产逐步迁移至链上，当前市场仍存在发行方、链与合规规则碎片化问题，而“资产代币化并不等于有效分发”。Passage 将连接发行方、平台与投资者，帮助代币化资产实现大规模链上流通。
据介绍，Passage 基于 CoinList 现有基础设施构建。CoinList 称，自 2017 年以来，其平台已覆盖超过 160 个国家，并累计完成超 12 亿美元资产分发。
