GameStop或淡出比特币，拟推进“消费领域超级并购”
Odaily星球日报讯 ，GameStop 首席执行官 Ryan Cohen 表示，公司正筹划一项高风险、高影响力的并购交易，目标是一家“规模非常非常大”的上市消费类公司，相关操作可能意味着 GameStop 将逐步退出比特币配置。
Ryan Cohen 在接受 CNBC 采访时称，此次收购具备“变革性意义”，不仅可能将 GameStop 的估值推升至数千亿美元规模，也可能对资本市场产生深远影响。他表示，潜在标的应具备被低估的股价、稳健的基本面以及“缺乏进取心的管理层”，并计划通过 GameStop 的资本、治理和运营能力提升其效率。
报道称，上周链上数据显示，GameStop 已将其持有的 4,710 枚比特币全部转入 Coinbase Prime，引发市场猜测其可能为并购筹资而出售比特币。对此，Ryan Cohen 并未正面回应是否会清仓比特币，仅表示新的战略“比比特币更具吸引力”。消息推动 GME 股价周一上涨逾 8%，年初至今涨幅约 25%。（CoinDesk）
