Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by JAMS (see www.jamsadr.com). The JAMS arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California before a single JAMS arbitrator, who shall be a retired judicial officer. The parties shall bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs of arbitration unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. The parties shall share the JAMS arbitrator fees and expenses equally.
