比特币财库公司 Nakamoto 实施 1:40 反向拆股以满足纳斯达克上市资格
ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市比特币财库公司 Nakamoto 宣布，将实施 1:40 反向拆股，以满足纳斯达克最低挂牌价的持续上市要求。该方案已获股东大会批准，拆股完成后流通股数量将从约 6.961 亿股降至约 1,740 万股，面值及授权股本总额保持不变。该拆股将于 2026 年 5 月 22 日美东时间凌晨 12:01 生效，调整后股票将在同日开盘后以拆股后价格继续交易，交易代码仍为 NAKA。
