ChainCatcher 消息，据 Tether 官网公告，Tether International 宣布收购 Twenty One Capital（XXI）中 SoftBank 所持全部股份，成为更大控股方。交易完成后，SoftBank 派驻的 XXI 董事会成员已按股东协议退出董事会。
Tether 称，此举体现其对 XXI 以 Bitcoin 为核心、从零打造上市公司的长期战略承诺与信心。公告指出，SoftBank 早期参与为 XXI 提供重要的机构背景和治理经验，帮助公司完成初始阶段布局，Tether 将在此基础上推动 XXI 进入下一发展阶段。
