Passkey FAQ
I updated the app but can't verify my passkey. What should I do? iOS users Android users Passkeys are stored in your Apple ID's iCloud account. You can check this in the Passwords app to see if your passkey is saved. To use your passkey, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to create it. This feature is available only on iOS 18 or above. Go to Google Password Manager Find the passkey(s) for OKX Pay with the prefix "OKX Pay (Date)" and delete it. Find the passkey(s) Delete the passkey(s) Once deleted, return to the OKX Pay app. You will be prompted to create a new Pay passkey. After creating the new Pay Passkey, reach out to Customer Support and request a Pay Passkey reset for your account.
