Odaily星球日报讯 Celsius 创始人 Alex Mashinsky 已与美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）达成和解，将支付 1000 万美元，并被永久禁止推广涉及存入、交换、投资或提取资产的相关产品或服务。
根据法院命令，FTC 此前 47.2 亿美元赔偿判决大部分执行被暂停，但若 Mashinsky 财务披露存在重大遗漏或虚假陈述，相关判决金额可恢复执行。此前，Mashinsky 已于 2025 年因商品欺诈和证券欺诈被判处 12 年监禁。（Cointelegraph）
