Neo 创始人决裂：达鸿飞被指未履行财务披露承诺，Erik 被控独揽基金会财权
ChainCatcher 消息，Neo 联创及核心开发者 Erik Zhang 发文指控 NEO 创始人达鸿飞未履行财务披露承诺。Erik Zhang 称，根据最近一次电话沟通中达成的明确协议，自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起达鸿飞将专注于 NeoX 和 SpoonOS 的运营和开发，不再参与任何与 Neo 主网相关的事宜，呼吁 达鸿飞立即向社区公开一份完整且可核实的财务报告，包括 Neo 基金会（NF）管理的所有资产的详细清单，以及所有支出的明细，以解决社区长期以来对透明度和治理方面的合理关切。
NEO 创始人达鸿飞发文则回应称，Erik Zhang 控制着 Neo 资金的绝大多数份额、左右共识节点投票、并且毫不犹豫地以牺牲社区和代币持有者的利益为代价劫持协议。曾敦促 Erik 将 NEO/GAS 代币从其个人保管转移至基金会的多重签名地址——其本人仍保留密钥持有人身份。然而 Erik Zhang 总是找借口拖延这一进程。
