Pharos PROS上线FDV突破11亿美元，与协鑫新能源换股交割条件基本达成
Odaily星球日报讯 4 月 30 日，Pharos 正式宣布，其代币 PROS 于 28 日上线后，已满足协鑫集团战略投资时的估值基准。首批代币换股交割先决条件已基本达成，双方正就此履行最终监管程序。
协鑫集团为世界品牌 500 强的产业龙头，旗下协鑫新能源（451.HK）将与 Pharos 深度合作。后续 Pharos 将依托协鑫海外新能源及算力资产，构建基于现实世界资产的全球 A2A 去中心化交易市场，并通过沉淀产业运行数据等方式，在传统公链以 Gas 费为主的利润模式之外，探索新的商业模式。
Pharos 团队承诺，与龙头企业的合作收益将长期用于 PROS 回购，并将所持上市公司股票的分红以空投形式发放给 PROS 持有者。
此前据市场信息，Pharos 于 4 月 28 日开盘首小时价格在 1.1 美元上方，短时 FDV 超 11 亿美元。
