Spot Market Fee Tier Group Restructure Effective June 1 OKX will update the fee tier grouping structure for Spot markets effective June 1, 2026 at 14:00–16:00 (UTC+8). Trading pairs will be reorganized into three groups based on trading activity and liquidity. We encourage all users to review this update and adjust their trading strategies accordingly.What's changing?

The deprecation will take effect on the demo environment on 2 June 2026 and on the production environment on 23 June 2026. The change applies to the books, books-l2-tbt, and books50-l2-tbt channels . After the deprecation date, the checksum field will remain present in push messages but will always return 0 and must no longer be used for data integrity validation. The books5 and bbo-tbt channels do not carry a checksum field and are not affected.

New and existing contracts with different expiration dates: Bi-weekly: every Friday Bi-quarterly: the third-last Friday of the expiration month (March, June, September, and December) New and existing contracts with the same expiration dates: The new contracts aren’t listed. To further enhance trading performance and user experience, OKX is scheduled to perform the server migration at the end of June 2026. The migration will be zero-downtime.
