三星工会工资协议投票率大增，距离最终通过仅一步之遥
Odaily星球日报讯 三星集团最大工会就 2026 年工资及集体谈判初步协议的批准投票率急剧上升。因此，协议获批的预期正在升高。然而，鉴于半导体部门与设备体验部门之间以及内存与非内存部门之间的奖金差距巨大，关于公平性的争论预计仍将持续。据该工会称，截至当地时间 25 日上午 8 点 29 分（北京时间上午 7 点 29 分），在 57,291 名合格选民中，已有 49,363 人对工资及集体协议初步协议的批准进行投票，投票率为 86.16%。此次投票是决定是否接受劳资双方达成的工资及集体谈判初步协议的最后一步。该协议的核心是将 DS 部门 10.5%的经营业绩作为特殊管理绩效奖金基金，并以库存股形式支付。业界认为，约占全体工会成员 80%的 DS 部门成员很可能推动协议通过。只要有资格投票的多数成员参与，且参与投票的多数成员赞成，该投票即告最终确定。投票将于 27 日上午 10 点结束。(金十)
