Sharing insights on a trading method suitable for most contract situations.
This idea is essentially a "reverse trading + fixed risk-reward ratio" strategy, and the logic is clear.
If there are no news events, no black swan incidents, no exchange crashes, and no specific coin crashes, the following situations can occur:
If the price rises by 15%, open a short position, with a take profit set at a 10% drop and a stop loss set at a 5% rise.
If the price drops by 15%, open a long position, with a take profit set at a 10% rise and a stop loss set at a 5% drop.
This strategy is suitable for coins with high volatility but mean reversion, and not suitable for low market cap altcoins (which can easily lead to consecutive losses).
The strategy's risk-reward ratio is 2:1 (gain 10%, lose 5%), theoretically, as long as the win rate is >33%, it can be profitable.
The rules are simple and easy to execute.
There is a clear stop loss, which is much better than pure gambling.

After liquidation, how to trade well?
The first time I liquidated my position, I just felt that I was too unlucky
The second liquidation began to suspect that it was a market problem
Later, he was willing to admit that the problem had always been himself
The liquidation is not essentially "the market is too bad"
Instead, they are trading in a way that will be out.
Looking back, every step was actually moving towards the same result:
I made a little bit of light positions → started to increase my position → confidence
I judged correctly a few times→ I felt like I had found a pattern
A mistake in judgment → does not stop the loss → starts to carry the order
The more you lose, the more you → thinking about turning over the book→ and finally returning to zero
This path, almost no exception, earns a few times thinking that you are a genius, greed is really a difficult thing to overcome
Most people have the mentality of gamblers who dare not lose or win
For example, knowing that the general trend is upward, after eating 5 points, you start to be anxious about whether you will fall into the bag and think that you will retrace it, and then pick it up at a low level, and in the case of a loss, you always think that you will pull back a little and then stop the loss, and then you want to pull back a little and then stop the loss
The rebound that is thought to be is often just a relay of the next decline
Stop loss is not a technical problem, in fact, most of it is a mentality problem, and I am not willing to admit that I am wrong
The money you lose will not come back because you become smarter.
The market doesn't remember you, it just runs at its own pace.
The only thing that can be done is to use new methods.
Go face the next opportunity.
