纽约一项诉讼寻求主张 3.9 万个休眠比特币地址所有权，涉及中本聪持仓
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，原告 Noah Doe 及两家怀俄明州有限责任公司于 5 月 1 日在美国纽约提起诉讼，要求法院裁定其对 39,069 个休眠比特币地址的所有权，援引纽约州遗失财产法，主张相关地址持币构成法律意义上的“被遗弃财产”。
涉案地址包括与中本聪关联的“12c6D”开头地址及与 Mt. Gox 黑客关联的“1Feex”开头地址，据链上分析平台 Timechain Index 创始人估算，列名地址合计持有约 370 万枚 BTC，价值约 2850 亿美元。
不过，投资研究机构 Castle Labs 首席研究分析师 Noveleader 指出，即便法院判决原告胜诉，也仅具象征意义，比特币网络本身没有在无私钥情况下重新分配资金的机制。此外，原告向 P2PKH 格式地址发送法律通知，而涉案 BTC 实际存于 P2PK 脚本中，该分析师认为此举“在结构上存在缺陷”，可能导致放弃通知程序本身无效。
