PANews 8月6日消息，据Cryptopolitan报道，一项治理提案披露，MetaMask计划与Stripe联手推出一种名为“MetaMask USD”的稳定币。根据现有提案，MetaMask计划推出一种稳定币（mmUSD），该稳定币将由Stripe发行，但将利用“M^0”网络进行非链式发行和结算。据报道，这款稳定币将被打造为MetaMask生态系统的核心资产，提供一种高度流动的基础货币，并原生集成到MetaMask的各项服务中。目前，MetaMask或Stripe尚未给出官方确认，关于稳定币的结构、推出时间表或监管方面的具体细节也十分有限。
